So this has not been the best of weeks! My poor son got sick again, this is the third time in three months but at least this time it isn't croup! He had a tramatic day at the dr's yesterday but is doing well. We found out this week that we have a 70% chance of being sent to Arizona for Scott's work, and we are excited for the change! There are so many pros, hot weather, no snow and the list really goes on and on! Well that is all that there is from here this week!

Well it has been a couple of weeks since I last posted!! Nothing really new just same old same old! My son crawled a little bit on Friday and of course his Dad is the one that saw it and I was at work, makes sense right I mean his Dad is working all day and I am home all day but this is how it has been since he was born, he is just trying to impress his Dad. Work is going well for both of us and we are just waiting to hear if we are moving to Arizona or not. Hopefully we will know that in the next couple of months. We went to the new Draper temple open house on Friday and it was beautiful!! The spirit was so strong and Braeden was mesmerized by all the chandeliers, he loves lights!! I also had a yummy, fat, juicy burger from JCWs and a big fat shake so that was my cheat day for the week! Life is going well and I am so excited for spring to come and then summer!! I am so tired of being cold and sick and I am looking forward to taking my son on walks and enjoying out doors time with my family!! Love you all!

So I met this lady in a Wal Mart and she happened to be a Mary Kay rep and she invited me and some friends to a make over party. So I invited my two closest friends, Gina and Nikki and on Valentines day morning we went and got made up!! It was fun just to be with them and it was nice to get free stuff cause hey who doesn't like free stuff?!!
Hello all! This is all new to me and I am excited to finally have a blog! After months and months of wanting to do it I finally put aside the time to get it done.
Well here is an update for anyone who looks at this blog that I may not have seen in years or a while. Almost three years ago I met the love of my life, Scott Maloof, and we were married on October 21, 2006 in the Timpanogos Temple in American Fork, Utah. We have moved around quite a bit since we got married. The first place we live in was in Orem and it was tiny and had church carpet but it was fun for a while. Then we moved just up the way to a basment apartment that was much bigger and in a better area. Just recently last August we moved to Lehi and live in an apartment just off of main street.
In October of 2007 we found out that we would be expecting our first child! A BOY! Of course after 9 long and sick months we welcomed our sweet little baby boy, Braeden Duane Maloof into the world! He was born on July 5, 2008 weighing in at 8lbs 130z and he was 21 inches long! He was wide eyed and ready to see everything he could. He is now 8 months old and so much fun, the older he gets the more fun he gets and it is so amazing to watch him grow and learn. I love being a mother!!
I quit work once my son was born, I was working for Farmers Insurance, and became a stay at home Mom. I am grateful that I can stay home with him and watch him grow and share special moments with him. My husband, Scott, works in Taylorsville at the Old Spaghetti Factory as a Manager and he loves it! It is great to have a job that allows me to stay home and for us to have the things we need. I did get a part time job at the same restuarant in Orem as a server on the two days a week Scott is home, just to get out a little bit and have adult conversation.
Scott and I are primary teachers in our ward and teach the CTR 7 kids. We have mostly boys and one shy little girl and they are fun. We really enjoy our calling and love to teach the children and prepare them for baptism.
We recently found out that we may be transferred to Arizona for Scott's job and we are excited at the possibility! We won't find out for sure for a couple of months. If we get the opportunity we will welcome it with open arms! It will be hard to leave our families since they are all mostly here but it is good to grow and move on!
Well that is all I can think of for now but I will add posts as things come up! I look forward to sharing my life with all of you and hope all is well!
